For policyholders eligible under PRUPanel Connect, more value-added services are available.

How does the Mental Wellness Programme (MWP) work?

Mental wellness is a fundamental component of overall health, influencing our thoughts, emotions, and interactions with the world. Understanding the importance of maintaining mental well-being, our programme offers all PRUShield customers a tool to assess your current mental health and access to different types of care and support.

By completing a PHQ-9 assessment, you can gain insights into your emotional state and determine if further support might be beneficial. Your personalised results will help clarify whether additional steps could enhance your well-being. We are here to ensure you have the resources and support necessary to nurture your mental wellness and live a balanced life.

At Prudential Singapore, we aim to be your trusted partner in preventive healthcare by providing access to early intervention through Chronic Care Management.
